Which size should I order for my little girl?

Please refer below to our reference size/age chart: XS (8-20 mos), S (2-3), M (4-5), L (6-7).

Lengths of dress and waist/chest measurements are provided under each dress description.

We can create your dress tailored to your measurements. Please see below the information under “Custom Order”.

How long will my order take?

Depending on availability of stock pieces at the time of your order, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be ready to be shipped. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your order.

Rush order is available with a surcharge.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We currently have the following payment options available:

How long does it take for the shipping of my order?

Hong Kong Orders

We offer a free shipping service to orders to Hong Kong. Delivery time is 3-4 days days after dispatch.

We also provide in-store pickup service at Vivian Luk Bridal Atelier, 13-15 Yik Yam Street, M/ Floor, Happy Valley, HK

Please indicate your preference at checkout.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via Fedex Economy. Depending on the destination, it will take 3-10 days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. Tracking number will be emailed to the customer after an order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their country’s duties & tariff costs.

Please contact us should you prefer other shipping options.

I am not entirely satisfied with my order, can I exchange or refund it?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@littlemissluk.com.

Exchange and refund can only be made on items which are returned in their original condition. This means that dresses must not have been worn or washed and original tags attached. Used, cleaned, altered or damaged items will not be accepted.

Please note that exchange & refund is not applicable to special and custom orders.

In the event of any dispute, Little Miss Luk reserves the right for final decision.

How do I clean my Little Miss Luk pieces?

We recommend that dresses be professionally dry-cleaned.

Some designs can be hand washed, please ask our representative for more details.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Do you accept custom order?

Yes. We accept orders for custom fit, customer color with a surcharge. There are also add-on options for the different styles including flower trim, embroidery & with tulle / organza overlay.
